6 STEP RESTORATION PROCESS ~ TILE AND GROUT

1. Pre-treat tile and grout

a. An alkaline based degreasing solution is applied.

b. The cleaner is allowed to sit for up to 20 minutes
c. This loosens accumulated soil, grease, contaminants and topical residues are loosened during this stage of the process

2. Power scrub surfaces

a. Special surrogated brushes agitate the grout lines as well as the tile surface
b. Edge Cleaning and baseboard cleaning are also done at this time

3. Turbo power rinse

a. Tile and grout is pressure rinsed using high pressure heated water.
b. All water, cleaning solutions and contaminants are captured and extracted.
c. Our system is completely fluid controlled with no over wetting of any surfaces or areas.

4. Repeat process (Steps 1, 2 and 3 above) a. Above process is repeated, now using a low pH restorative cleaner
b. This solution works to remove staining, discoloration, grout haze, soap scum.5. Speed dry/inspection
